Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management or related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced strategic responsibilities.
• Minimum 6–8+ years of lean materials management, supply chain or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials management for the division, site or multiple value streams.
• Collaborate with suppliers, business units, procurement, planners, IT and other resources to plan and coordinate material flow.
• Implement lean practices and standard planning processes across inventory and distribution.
• Develop talent and succession plans for materials management staff.
