Job summary

Parker Hannifin seeks a Planner to assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring material flow through the production cycle. You will coordinate with materials planning, procurement and supply chain staff to ensure timely movements.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the role emphasizes data accuracy, inventory monitoring and lean process improvements across production resources and systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory and production control.
• 4-year college degree in business, engineering, or materials management; SCM certification preferred.
• Analytical and technical skills to understand business practices and automation opportunities.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and understanding of electronic processing.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with internal and external contacts.
• Must be an innovator and embrace lean enterprise principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, records, and reports tracking materials through production and resource availability.
• Assist in executing system transactions to support receipt, storage and transfer of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, generate tracking reports, and perform data entry.
