Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, seeks a high-energy Division Manager to lead District Sales Managers and Sales Consultants across the Austin area. You will drive people development, sales planning, and supplier collaboration to exceed company and supplier goals.

In this role you will build robust business plans, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational excellence while nurturing an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in a District Manager role or higher.
• 4+ years overall sales experience, preferably in wine/spirits.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and talent development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence.
• Strong analytical, planning, and financial acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with PowerBI, Workday and JB tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop District Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Implement sales plans and achieve company/supplier goals.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain distributor relationships.
• Ensure operational excellence across the designated region.
