Job summary

Johnson Brothers, a leading family‑owned beverage distributor, is seeking a high‑energy Division Manager in Houston to lead District Sales Managers and Sales Consultants. You will drive sales plans, optimize key accounts, and ensure operational excellence across the region.

You will coach leaders, manage supplier relationships, and develop talent while delivering on profitability, pricing discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration. This is a full‑time on‑site role with growth incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a District Manager role or higher.
• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in wine/spirits.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and talent‑development capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence across organizational levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with PowerBI, Pocket Advantage, Workday, and JB pricing/profit tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Create and communicate a clear area vision aligned to priorities and goals.
• Coach DMs, supervise performance, and support field execution.
• Develop and monitor business plans, budgets, and supplier objectives.
• Analyze KPIs and ensure pricing discipline and inventory balance.
• Strengthen retailer and supplier relationships and drive go‑to‑market programs.
