Sciens Building Solutions seeks a Division Manager to lead a division focused on fire and life safety in the Houston area. You will drive growth, manage budgets and the division P&L, and maintain a strong safety culture while coordinating back-office support.

The role requires 2–5 years in division leadership, a business or engineering degree, strong communication, and NFPA/OSHA knowledge. This is a leadership position within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Professional business or engineering degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of Division Management experience in fire and life safety.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to communicate with leadership, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fire and life safety activities in the division.
• Develop and implement a strategic growth strategy aligned with objectives.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, profitability, and cash flow targets.
• Manage the Division's Profit and Loss and key financial drivers.

THE POSITION IN A NUTSHELLSciens Building Solutions is seeking a Division Manager who is a positive change agent and can drive high customer satisfaction, while leading a Division team, along with a back-office staff to support a Division that is experiencing exciting growth.
