Job summary

Élan Partners seeks a Division Manager to lead a network of branded fuel distributors and retail sites from Houston. The role focuses on divisional P&L performance, EBITDA growth, and strategic initiatives to improve profitability, volumes, and market share.

You will collaborate with finance, legal, real estate, pricing, and business development teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate has extensive petroleum marketing or fuel distribution leadership experience, proven people management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; business or related field.
• 8+ years in petroleum marketing, fuel distribution, or related sectors.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading teams.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of branded fuel distribution and dealer networks.
• Proven ability to grow EBITDA, volumes, and market share.

Responsibilities

• Own divisional P&L and drive EBITDA growth and profitability.
• Lead and mentor Area Account Managers overseeing distributors and territories.
• Develop strategic market plans to increase EBITDA, cash flow, and sales.
• Identify opportunities to expand distributor relationships and locations.
• Evaluate capex and investment opportunities for financial returns.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Conduct quarterly distributor reviews and drive improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Oversee brand standards and value-added programs to improve performance.
• Support renewals, retention, and new business development initiatives.
