Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Virginia is seeking a Division Leader for our Emergency Service Division. You will lead the full cycle of contents restoration projects—from intake to invoice—writing estimates in Xactimate, coordinating crews, and managing carrier relationships.

This hybrid role blends field site oversight, warehouse operations, and remote coordination. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restoration/claims, Xactimate experience, and a track record of leading diverse teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property restoration, management, or related claims/estimating roles.
• Xactimate estimating experience required; Symbility a plus; Xactimate Level 1 certification preferred.
• Ability to lead diverse field crews and temporary labor in fast-paced conditions.
• Proven ability to run multiple jobs simultaneously with competing timelines & carrier SLA frameworks.
• Clean Background & MVR
• Ability to work nights, weekends, & overtime as needed for emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Inspect initial site losses and assess fire, water, smoke, mold, and storm damage.
• Document salvageable items with photos and scope.
• Build full scope of services before mobilization including staffing and costs.
• Perform jobsite safety walk-throughs and hazard identifications.
• Own estimates in Xactimate & Symbility through carrier approval.
• Coordinate electronics, textiles, artwork, and high-value items needing appraisal.
• Schedule and dispatch crews; manage pack-out lifecycle.
