You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and customer expectations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with inspectors, supervising subcontractors, maintaining communication with homeowners, and driving project completion.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Project Planning: review schedule, budget, photos, work orders, and estimates; set schedule and checkpoints with homeowners.
• On Site Management: introduce subcontractors, review work orders, assess estimation accuracy, visit site for quality and cleanliness, keep customer informed.
• Project Completion: upload progress photos, ensure draw schedule and payments, final walkthrough, collect paperwork and notify team.
