MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the growth of its Savannah office, leading commercial construction projects from award to completion.

You will manage scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.

This role offers a clear path to leadership as the Savannah operation expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Manage project planning, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.
• Review and negotiate subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project financials, forecasts, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular communication to stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve project challenges and risks.
• Mentor and support junior project team members as the Savannah office expands.
