Job summary

Chimes in Newark, DE is seeking a Division Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality of care. You will coordinate and develop IPs, serve as the main contact for individuals served and care teams, and maintain accurate records in the CPS.

You will review timesheets, monitor budgets, supervise House Managers and staff, participate in hiring and trainings, ensure rights compliance, handle on-call duties, and support corrective action

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human services, psychology, social sciences, or related field strongly preferred
• 2 years managing multiple residential sites; 2 years supervisory experience; 2 years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and develop IPs, serving as main contact for individuals served and care teams
• Maintain CPS records and ensure timely documentation
• Review timesheets, monitor budgets, and manage Individual Maintenance Allowances
• Ensure health and safety compliance, including incident reporting and emergency response
• Supervise House Managers and indirect staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Participate in hiring, admissions/transfers, and staff meetings
• Ensure fundamental rights compliance (HRASC) and support corrective action plans as needed
• Assume on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned
