The role involves collaborating with regional and corporate staff, maintaining devices and networks, and ensuring smooth IT operations for Sales and Construction teams. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users on all applications, including DHI Sales, Microsoft Office, web tools, and other software used within the division.
• Work with regional and corporate staff to meet the IT needs of the division.
• Maintain printers, copiers, phones, computers, networks, websites, and all software; ensure minimal downtime.
