D.R. Horton, Inc., the nation’s largest homebuilder, is seeking a Division IT Support professional in Memphis. You will provide hardware, software, printer, copier, and phone support for the division, ensuring reliable access to DHI Sales, MS Office, and web tools.

You’ll work with regional and corporate staff, manage inventories and user accounts, coordinate vendor purchases, and train staff on applications, contributing to efficient operations and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsabilités

• Provide desktop, printer, copier, and phone support for the division.
• Support users on all applications including DHI Sales and Microsoft Office.
• Maintain devices, networks, websites and software used by the division with minimal downtime.
• Manage user accounts and access across systems; handle provisioning and deactivations.
• Coordinate with vendors to procure equipment and software; train staff on applications.
