Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school required.
• Ten plus years of related IT support experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow and production of the Help Desk Team.
• Act as technical SME for the Help Desk Team.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor calls and provide coaching and feedback.
• Research and resolve advanced network and software issues.
