Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division IT Support professional to provide hardware and software help for the division, including printers, copiers, and phones. You will support users across applications like MS Office and Sales tools and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to meet IT needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with proficiency in MS Office. Travel overnight and overtime are possible, and a strong service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to users on all applications, including MS Office and web tools.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate staff to meet IT needs.
• Maintain copiers, phones, printers, computers, networks, and websites.
• Manage software/hardware inventory, maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
• Administer user accounts and groups.
• Work with vendors to procure equipment and software.
• Train staff on all applications.
• Uphold professionalism and ethics in all business.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Ability to travel overnight.
