Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to relate to student-athletes.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of successful playing or coaching experience at the collegiate or professional level.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and evaluation of prospective student-athletes and support academic success for athletes.
• Coach athletes in mechanics and development of skills, plan practices and conditioning.
• Help organize and develop a championship Division 1 baseball program and represent UW with professional conduct.
