Qualifications

• Rules and regulations governing the sport including WIAA guidelines.
• Current educational research and issues related to student athletes.
• Effective coaching techniques for developing student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Teaching sportsmanship, cooperation, work ethic and responsibility to one's team.
• Supporting and enforcing the District’s rules/regulations and code of conduct for athletes.
• Maintaining communications with the head coach including attending required coaches’ meetings.
• Complying with Monroe High School rules, District policies, and WIAA requirements.
• Assisting with practices and contests; supervising facilities and equipment.
