The right candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of Human Resources and payroll at the division level as well as serve as liaison between Corporate and Division as well as handle all employee relations issues.
Directly supervises two or more employees in the Main Office. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting from four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Estimated Compensation Range: $90,000-$110,000 in base salary
