Job summary

ITW's Warewash Division in North America is seeking a Division Human Resource Director to lead the HR function for the North American Warewash business. Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, this role will guide HR strategy, talent reviews, recruitment, retention, compensation planning and performance management, including labor relations.

The successful candidate will implement HR best practices, coach business partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or Labor Relations required.
• 10+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience with labor unions, including administering and negotiating collective bargaining agreements preferred.
• Experience defining and administering HR policies required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of HR strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Lead grievance meetings and answer grievances.
• Lead and negotiate labor contracts for Warewash plant facilities.
• Support negotiations for the Canadian operation's labor contract.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes.
• Continuously improve onboarding and training programs.
• Coach and provide consultation to managers and employees.
• Provide guidance on terminations, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.
• Oversee the annual division Affirmative Action Plan (AAP).
• Lead divisional workforce planning actions.
• Advise senior leadership as a trusted partner and ensure legal compliance.
