Job summary

Lennar is hiring a Division Environmental Manager to lead the environmental program across communities in the division. The role emphasizes implementing the Lennar Environmental Management System (LEMS), stormwater and air quality compliance, SPCC, and risk reduction for regulatory citations.

The position requires coordinating with regional safety leaders, training teams, and ensuring safety inspections and audits are performed, with local travel to communities within the division.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in construction technology, environmental management/engineering, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• Must have working knowledge of SWPPP, storm water runoff, air quality and safety regulations.
• Must complete OSHA outreach training within 120 days of hire and obtain basic first aid/CPR within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure division implements Lennar Environmental Management System (LEMS) and IIPP.
• Interact with REM, RSM, safety coordinators, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop, implement and update SWPPP and related regulatory filings.
• Coordinate LEMS training for associates and trade partners.
• Assist project teams with storm water, air quality issues and safety matters.
• Conduct safety inspections and assist in OSHA inspections.
• Support archiving of SWPPP documentation and audits.
