Qualifications

• Experience in a scientific or national laboratory environment.
• Strong background in managing large engineering projects.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategic vision and workforce plans for the Division.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets exceeding $200M.
• Provide oversight on engineering stewardship and lifecycle management.
