Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and active bar admission.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition, entitlements, zoning and development.
• Ability to coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on land acquisition and development matters.
• Review and draft contracts, title documents, and development agreements.
• Coordinate with title companies and municipalities on project closings.
• Oversee or assist in division litigation with outside counsel.
• Advise on employment policies, safety programs, and HR issues.
