D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Division Land Acquisition Director to lead land acquisition operations for the division and drive acquisition strategy and portfolio growth. The role oversees personnel, performance, and strategic initiatives to support long-term expansion.

The right candidate will direct strategies, review investment analyses, and negotiate transactions while ensuring compliance and ethical standards across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Ten+ years of land acquisition, real estate, development, or homebuilding experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-market acquisition strategy and leadership principles.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams that deliver results.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to travel overnight.

Mansioni

• Direct land acquisition activities for the division.
• Establish acquisition strategies, performance objectives, and growth plans.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate acquisition personnel to ensure effective execution.
• Review and approve acquisition recommendations, investment analyses, and transaction structures.

• Monitor acquisition pipelines, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
