Job summary

Qualifications

• JD required with bar admission in good standing.
• 5–7 years of experience and/or training in corporate or land use law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on land acquisition, entitlements, zoning, and development; review contracts and land development docs.
• Review and revise homebuyer contracts and HOA documents; advise on RESPA and FHA/VA issues.
• Assist in managing division litigation and coordinate with outside counsel on active or potential matters.
