Central States Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an experienced Division Controller to lead financial integrity and performance for a major business segment.

You’ll drive reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis in partnership with division leadership to improve profitability and resource use. You will oversee GL, AP/AR, inventory, cost accounting, and internal controls, guiding budgeting and variance analysis while collaborating with operations and corporate finance to align with strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, incl. 3+ in a controller role.
• Experience leading accounting ops in manufacturing or multi-division settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee division accounting ops: GL, AP/AR, inventory, cost accounting per GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements and analyses.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with operations to analyze cost drivers and production metrics.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with audits.
• Manage capital project finances and ROI analyses for division growth.
• Partner with HR and ops on workforce planning and incentives within params.
• Coach accounting team and align reporting with corporate finance.
