Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a hands-on Divisional Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial processes for an assigned division. This remote role requires strong communication, self-direction, and collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.

The candidate will manage GL, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, and monthly close, while improving workflows, internal controls, and reporting visibility for the division. CPA with 7+ years of experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred or active CPA status.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure timely financial information.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Review GL activity, reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure internal controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with divisional leadership to explain financial results and variances.
• Drive process improvements and standardize workflows across divisions.
