Job description

Seeking an experienced Division Controller to manage financial reporting, budgeting, and projections. This role ensures compliance, drives process improvements, supports senior management, and acts as the key liaison between the division and corporate/regional offices on all finance matters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(Other duties may be assigned as needed)

• Enforce company policies, procedures, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Oversee all banking activities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Lead the budgeting process and confirm all system entries accurately reflect contractual obligations.
• Supervise the preparation and accuracy of financial forecasts for corporate leadership.
• Manage the month-end close process and coordinate with Corporate Accounting.
• Implement and maintain pricing strategies as approved by management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel

• 6 to 10 years of related experience
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail with the ability to process and record large volumes of data accurately
