Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki, a leading manufacturer and supplier of power transmission and motion control products, seeks a seasoned finance professional in Milwaukee. The role focuses on managing financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis to drive operational efficiency.

You will oversee fixed assets, cycle counts, and comprehensive cost accounting, contributing to strategic planning and performance improvement across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; seven to ten years of related experience and/or training.
• CPA preferred.
• High-level ability to use spreadsheets, ERP systems (QAD), reporting tools, and other hardware and software to generate and communicate information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and schedules for top management summarizing business activity and financial results (revenue, expenses, income, productivity).
• Manage monthly financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, sales and gross margin, forecasts, inventory, capital investment, productivity.
• Oversee fixed asset and cycle counting functions.
• Handle cost accounting, rate development, inventory valuation, and system monitoring.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
