Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-state financial operations.
• Strong familiarity with GAAP and complex account analyses.
• Proficiency with financial systems and modern accounting technologies.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and analyses for leadership.
• Support cash flow management and working capital analysis.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations with Accounting.
• Oversee entity-level reporting and budgeting/forecasting.
• Manage inventory accounting and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with Operations to optimize inventory levels.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements and ERP system optimization.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments.
