Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead monthly financial reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting for a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will manage P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and productivity metrics to drive strategic decisions.

The role also covers fixed asset management, inventory valuation, capital projects, and ensuring policy adherence while supporting auditors and management with insightful analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 7–10 years of related experience in a manufacturing or public accounting setting.
• CPA preferred.
• High-level ability to use spreadsheets, ERP systems (QAD), reporting tools to generate information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and schedules for top management summarizing revenue, expenses, income, and productivity.
• Manage monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, forecasts, and inventory.
• Oversee Fixed Asset and Cycle Counting functions and cost accounting, rate development, and inventory valuation.
• Prepare division budgets and rolling mid-term plans; assure adherence to division policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external auditors with requested information and capital project analyses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares reports and schedules for top management which summarize business activity and financial results in areas of revenue, expenses, income, productivity, etc., based on actual and expected operations.
• Responsible for monthly financial reporting statements, including: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Sales and Gross Margin, Forecasts, Inventory, Capital Investment, Productivity, etc.
• Manage local Fixed Asset and Cycle Counting functions.
• Responsible for Cost Accounting, rate development, inventory valuation, and system monitoring.
• Prepares Division budget and rolling mid‑term plan.
• Develop and assure adherence to Division policies and procedures.
• Prepares schedules and information requested by internal and external auditors.
• Analyze, review and submit capital projects for approval.
• Assist managers in improving operations through analysis of costs and procedures. Assist other departments in developing, evaluating, reporting and monitoring performance.
• Advise management on desirable operational adjustments, based on analysis of results and forecasts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting from four‑year college or university; and seven to ten years of related experience and/or training. Experience working in a fast‑paced, high volume manufacturing company and/or public accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• High‑level ability to use spreadsheets, ERP systems (QAD), reporting tools, and other hardware and software to generate and communicate information.
