Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a private company
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting department and supervise staff
• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and debt covenants
• Coordinate with external accountants for annual statements and tax returns
• Maintain the chart of accounts and orderly accounting filing system
