Pave America, LLC is seeking a Division Controller to lead the financial operations of the division, with hands-on responsibility for income statements, balance sheets, and WIP accounting. This role reports consolidated results to the Regional CFO and guides strategic financial decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a senior accounting role in construction, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. The position is on-site in Kansas and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/business or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior‑level accounting role in the construction industry.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong written/verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to GAAP.
• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management with analysis.
• Guide financial decisions using company policies in a dynamic market.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and a culture of accountability.
• Help achieve budgeting goals with scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage customer portfolios: contracts, invoices, collections; optimize DSO.
• Prepare weekly cashflow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee disbursements and internal control systems.
• Lead system and process implementations; coach staff.
