LHH is partnering with a returning publicly traded manufacturer to find a Division Controller for their team in the western suburbs of Chicago.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for:
- Overseeing month-end close and financial reporting for the division
- Driving the FP&A process
- Ensuring strong internal controls
- Collaborating closely with corporate accounting and finance leadership

What the company is Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience, including Controllership
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA
- Public accounting experience highly preferred
- Public company experience and an understanding of SOX highly preferred
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range 170-210k
- Bonus target up to 25% based on company and individual performance
- Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis. PTO hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
- Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision and 401k plan with a company match
