Jobot seeks a dedicated Division Controller to lead financial operations for its manufacturing/agriculture-focused division. The role requires a strong background in accounting, finance, and business administration, with a track record of driving growth, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee financial statements, budgeting, month-end closing, and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior accounting role, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated and seasoned Permanent Division Controller to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in accounting, finance, and business administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, reducing costs, and improving operational efficiency. This position will be vital in providing financial leadership and will be instrumental in shaping our company's financial future.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities

• 1. Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• 2. Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.
• 3. Performing month-end-close procedures and bank reconciliations.
• 4. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• 5. Collaborating with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
• 6. Interacting with various levels of management concerning financial performance and reporting, as well as strategic planning.
• 7. Using SAP and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• 8. Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
• 9. Developing and executing analysis of various business initiatives (e.g., opening new operations, asset acquisition, new service launches).
• 10. Understanding and adhering to all applicable manufacturing and agriculture regulations and financial procedures.

Qualifications

• 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or agriculture industry.
• 3. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• 4. Experience in performing month-end-close procedures, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements.
• 5. Strong knowledge of audit procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
• 6. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
• 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
