Job summary

Eaton's Mobility division is seeking a Division CI Manager- LV to drive Lean and Six Sigma deployment across sites. The role involves training, mentoring, and leading Continuous Improvement initiatives, including RIEs and Kaizens, to improve margins, delivery, safety, and reduce variation.

Travel 30-50% with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule. The position reports to the Director of Manufacturing Operations and requires strong leadership of CI programs and collaboration with plant CI managers to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Lean (5S, Standard work, VSM, SUR, TPM, LMF) and 6 Sigma in manufacturing.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma strategy across the division.
• Provide Lean and Six Sigma training and mentoring to teams.
• Conduct ECIS assessments and prioritize improvement activities.
• Drive short-term and long-term manufacturing improvements through Lean tools.
• Mentor functional talent development and succession planning.
• Coordinate plant CI activities with broader functional strategy.
