Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc., a leading homebuilder, seeks a Division CFO to lead financial operations across the division and to establish strong internal controls. You will oversee planning, reporting, and coordination with Region/Corporate to ensure policy adherence and profitability.

The role requires a master's degree and 7–10 years of related experience, plus proficiency with MS Office. Overnight travel is expected; a competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Seven to ten years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ultimate responsibility for providing timely and accurate financial information and the five-year plan to Division President and Region/Corporate.
• Oversee all aspects of the division’s homebuilding operations and interact with all departments to ensure policies promote division well-being.
• Ensure personnel are trained to use the JD Edwards system and that internal controls are in place.
