Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc., the nation’s largest homebuilder, seeks a Region CFO to oversee all financial operations of the divisions within the region.

The role requires driving performance, strong controls, and collaboration with the Region President to set expectations for excellence. The position leads Division CFOs and Controllers, ensures consistent application of accounting policies, and partners with Corporate CFO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Eight to ten years of related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the divisions within the region.
• Develop a team of Division CFOs and Controllers and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in hiring, firing, and promotion decisions for top accounting staff.
• Work with Internal Audit to implement follow-up actions and ensure controls.
