Job summary

Clarity Care is seeking a Division Administrator to oversee multiple group homes in Oshkosh, WI. The role focuses on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and staff leadership to deliver person-centered care.

The ideal candidate will have a Human Services background (Bachelor preferred) or extensive relevant experience, with strong computer and regulatory knowledge. A driving license and background checks are required, with daily operations and program budgeting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Services or related field preferred; extensive experience may be considered.
• C.B.R.F. Administrator's Course considered if degree not achieved.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years direct care and administration experience.
• Five years' experience in direct care and administration of community-based health programs caring for persons with disabilities.
• Working knowledge of Wisconsin and federal/state/local regulations affecting service provision.
• Excellent computer skills with Excel, Word, Outlook and electronic charting systems.
• Must possess a valid WI driver's license and meet agency driving standards.
• Must pass periodic WI Caregiver Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain competitive advantage via strategic planning and trend analysis.
• Support Care Management Director to strengthen market position.
• Lead operations across group homes ensuring compliance and quality.
• Train new employees and integrate them into Clarity Care culture.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, and cost analyses for residential programs.
• Ensure protection of member rights and high resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Care Team and community partners to coordinate care.
