Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in health care, or Bachelor’s with health care experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a WI driver's license.
• Pass WI caregiver background checks and related records.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support with activities of daily living.
• Lead group home meetings and communicate changes.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, retention, and discipline.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, welcoming group home.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary guidelines.
• Support community activities and member enrichment.
