Clarity Care, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Program Lead to supervise staff and manage day-to-day operations in group homes for individuals with varying abilities. You will oversee services, ensure regulatory compliance, and support residents in activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience or strong leadership potential.
• Direct care and support experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities or similar needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old; valid WI driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must pass WI Caregiver Background Check and related screenings.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on caregiving: assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene per the individual service plan.
• Lead group home meetings and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, retention, discipline, and staffing decisions.
• Complete all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming group home environment.
• Prepare and serve meals following dietary guidelines and preferences.
• Assist with community activities and accompany members during social events.
