C&S Supply, LLC in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Project Manager who will estimate projects, secure awards through strategic buyouts with manufacturers, and oversee projects from kickoff through turnover. You will manage quantity surveys, price gathering, material ordering, scheduling, and change orders while tracking forecasted costs, invoices, and accounts payable/receivable.

You will lead a project team, maintain client relationships, ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence, and mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience leading construction projects as PM.
• Ability to multitask and manage risk on construction projects.
• Strong communication with owners, consultants, and team.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects’ safety, budget, schedule and profitability.
• Possibly lead or support on a project depending on value and complexity.
• Oversee total construction project(s) to ensure they align with design, budget and schedule.
• Ensure adherence to policies, communicate respectfully and timely to client.
• Monitor and report project performance including schedule, costs and quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project team.
• Collaborate with team members on all aspects of the job.
• Mentor and coach new team members in C&S software and processes.
• Assist in negotiation of claims/disputes with owner and subcontractors.
• Assist in securing new work through estimates, subcontractors, proposals.
• Oversees project closeout.
