Job summary

Apex Building Company, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Division 7 specialist to install, repair, and maintain waterproofing, spray foam, rigid insulation, fireproofing, expansion joints, painting, and floor/traffic coatings on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Must be hands-on, safety-conscious, and able to work at heights or in confined spaces while coordinating with other trades.

• 6+ months’ experience in Division 7 scopes or general construction.
• Ability to travel between job sites; overnight and same-day trips.

Responsibilities

• Install waterproofing, spray foam, insulation, fireproofing, expansion joints, painting, and floor/traffic coatings on various projects.
• Operate access equipment such as lifts, scaffolds, and swing stages.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
