Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Division 7 Foreman to lead and develop a crew responsible for waterproofing, insulation, firestopping and building envelope work across multiple crews. The role requires coordinating with project management, site supervision and subcontractors to align activities with master schedules and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Division 7 experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to drive productivity while adhering to quality and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a crew of Division 7 workers to achieve performance and talent development.
• Oversees operations of multiple Division 7 crews in waterproofing, insulation, firestopping and building envelope systems per specs.
• Evaluates progress and provides advanced technical direction to resolve complex on-site challenges.
• Synchronizes Division 7 operations with project management and trade partners via coordination meetings.
• Directs site preparation, material logistics, equipment, and sequencing across crews to maximize productivity.
• Reviews project documentation to ensure alignment with plans, standards, and operational protocols.
• Completes and records time cards for assigned crews accurately.
