Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Division 7 Foreman to lead multiple crews in waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and building envelope installations. You will align activities with master schedules, mentor foremen, and drive safety, quality, and productivity on complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring 7 years in Division 7, 1–2 years of managerial experience, and OSHA 30 certification (preferred; required within 6 months).

Qualifications

• 7 years of Division 7 construction experience.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a Division 7 crew to achieve high performance.
• Oversees Division 7 installations (waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, building envelope) per specs and safety standards.
• Provides advanced technical direction to resolve on-site challenges related to materials and system integration.
• Synchronizes operations with project management, trade partners, and subcontractors through coordination meetings and updates.
• Directs site preparation, material logistics, equipment allocation, and task sequencing for multiple crews.
• Reviews and validates project documentation to ensure adherence to plans and standards.
• Accurately completes and submits time cards for crews per policy.
