You will coordinate with project management and site supervision to align activities with schedules and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 7 years of Division 7 experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 7 years of Division 7 construction experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; must complete within 6 months of hire.
• Strong leadership and safety compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a Division 7 crew to high performance.
• Oversees multiple crews in waterproofing, insulation, firestopping, and envelop installations.
• Provides advanced technical direction to solve on-site challenges.
• Schedules and coordinates with project management and trade partners.
• Manages material logistics, equipment allocation, and workflow.
• Ensures accurate timekeeping and documentation.
