Job summary

Apex Building Company seeks a skilled Foreman to lead field crews on division 7 scopes across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate labor and materials, enforce safety protocols, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 1+ years hands-on experience in division 7 or general construction.
• Ability to travel frequently between job sites, including overnight and same‑day trips.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and safety documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field crews to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Delegate responsibilities based on crew members’ skills and experience.
• Motivate and coach team members to maintain high performance and morale.
