Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Division 10 Sales/Estimator to join our team. You will analyze engineers’ drawings to prepare complete cost estimates for division 10 materials, labor, and equipment and contribute to the sales process with accurate, competitive bids.

The role requires interpreting blueprints for Division 10 and Division 12 materials, collaborating with the sales team and project managers, and ensuring timely, precise proposals that meet client specifications and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the trade.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset—Know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs from drawings/blueprints for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, PMs, and stakeholders to create customized solutions.
• Ensure proposals are submitted timely and meet client specs and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate scope and pricing in proposals to win work.
• Communicate with vendors for information, lead times, and specs.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposals to refine estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.
