Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator to join our team.

You will analyze blueprints from engineers and architects to prepare complete project cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and specialty items for bathroom partitions, grab rails, and blinds. The role emphasizes accurate proposals, timely submissions, and collaboration with the sales team and project managers.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset – “Know your costs”.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and analyze materials, equipment, and labor for bids.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and stakeholders to create client solutions.
• Submit proposals on time per client specs and deadlines.
• Explain scope, pricing, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate with vendors for product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposals to gather feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
