Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Division 10/12 Project Manager to oversee projects in Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Roller Shade Blinds). You will manage blueprints, coordinate submittals, and work with suppliers, estimators, and superintendents to meet budget and schedule targets.

The role requires 2–3 years in the trade, strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

At least 2–3 years in the trade.
Detail oriented with an accounting mindset — “Know your costs.”
Excellent organizational skills — sequences and order.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret architectural blueprints for Division 10/12 specialties.
Ensure understanding of project requirements and design intent.
Coordinate submittals for specialty products and assist with budgets.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and the estimating team on materials and costs.
Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
Develop and maintain project schedules and allocate resources.
Provide regular progress updates to customers and stakeholders.
Engage with customers to address questions and foster relationships.
