You will read and interpret architectural drawings, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure submittals align with design intent and schedule. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in the trade, strong organization, and an accounting mindset to Know your costs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret architectural blueprints and specs for Division 10 specialties
• Coordinate submittals for specialty products
• Procure materials and manage budgets and costs
• Develop and maintain project schedules and staffing
• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize timelines
• Provide project updates and communicate milestones to stakeholders
