Job summary

Orion seeks a Dive Superintendent to collaboratively plan and supervise complex underwater projects in Tampa Bay. You will coordinate with the Dive Manager, Supervisor, Divers and Tenders to ensure safe, timely project completion and compliance with the Diving Manual and company policy.

Candidates should have 10+ years in diving operations, strong leadership, and experience in procurement, training delivery, and emergency planning. This on-site role emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten (10) years diving and marine operations experience.
• Proven track record in supervising or managing dive operations.
• Strong planning, procurement, mobilization, logistics and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute dive projects safely and efficiently with the Dive Manager.
• Provide operational guidance on standards, safety, productivity, cost and quality.
• Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to ensure safe diving operations.
• Arrange materials procurement and loading/unloading for dive locations.
• Develop emergency plans and deliver training on safety and CPR.
